I am a NC Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist since graduating from The Body Therapy Institute in 2012. I also have a background in physical therapy graduating from The Pennsylvania State University as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant giving me a strong background in Anatomy, Physiology and, Pathology. I work with my clients as a team on customized therapy sessions designed to reduce pain and stress and to promote relaxation and wellness. No session is exactly the same with the client's tissue determining the modality used. I use myofascial, Swedish, Lomi Lomi and focused deep tissue modalities throughout the session to achieve the client's desired results. Warm bamboo tools can also be use to soften and relax tight muscles and fascia as well as promote relaxation. I enjoy my profession and helping my client's achieve their goals.
